What do the statuses mean?

Order received — we have your booking. Picked up — the parcel left the sender. In transit — moving between hubs. Out for delivery — on the courier’s route today. Delivered — handed over, with photo proof.

Where is my tracking number?

It starts with RX- and arrives by email or SMS the moment your parcel is booked — usually within minutes of checkout or handover.

My parcel says “at depot”. What now?

It’s sorted and waiting for its route — typically out the next morning run. If it sits longer than 24 hours, contact us and we’ll chase it personally.

Can I change the delivery address?

Yes — up until the “out for delivery” scan. Use the link in your tracking SMS or call support and we’ll redirect it mid-route where possible.

Still stuck?

Send your tracking number and we’ll reply with a human answer, not a status code.
